Founded in 1986, CygoLite started as a group of avid cyclists in Southern California. We pedaled through LA traffic, sunny beaches and on California’s mountain terrains, returning with ideas of what would make our rides better. In 1991, we saw an opportunity in flashing safety lights and hi-intensity halogen headlights; from then on we focused on the lighting aspect of cycling. Over a decade later, CygoLite is manufacturing numerous performance lighting systems more advanced and much brighter than we imagined. Our road research led to hundreds of ideas and concepts which have been narrowed down and fine tuned by insight and feedback from fellow cycling enthusiasts. Every light features the quality and performance demanded by avid riders while our unique designs reflect southern California’s distinct taste and style. Now CygoLite is steadily gaining recognition in the cycling industry, becoming known for producing quality lighting systems that range from super bright HID Arc lights, to dual beam halogens and LED safety flashers. Although our product range has grown so much, some things still haven’t changed. We at CygoLite are still riding today.
